Mosaic Master Classes
Suitable for ages 16 +
This master class course will teach you more about the mosaic process and you will finish the course with a completed piece of art work. It may be a follow-on for students who have enjoyed the taster session, or it might be that you are already familiar with the techniques and have in mind to create a piece under Teena’s guidance.
The course is primarily practical and hands-on. Students are encouraged to experiment with materials, application and design. Although mosaic process, cutting and technique will be taught, there will be an emphasis on creativity and originality.
Alongside this teaching there will be a time to look at historical and contemporary mosaic in a variety of materials and situations and students will be encouraged to evaluate their work and share ideas as a group
